• To check and verify quantity and quality of all physical stock received
• To ensure that the quantity received is as per the Company Purchase Order and the Supplier’s Invoice quantity
• To ensure that the packing of the stock is in acceptable order
• To ensure that all loading and unloading is done under supervision as per the company Security Policy
• In case of food items, to check the production and expiry dates
