Job Purpose:
To provide functionality and technical support to the G.O.L.D application system with the objective of ensuring that user requests on G.O.L.D functionalities are serviced on time and that a high level of data integrity is maintained at all times.

Job Description:

To advise and guide Store IT on the availability and usage of standard G.O.L.D software functions to meet end user requests on business requirements.
To provide second level support on rectifying G.O.L.D functionality related issues.
To co-ordinate the investigation, identification and rectification of data integrity issues 
To support the implementation of new G.O.L.D functionalities in liaison with the vendor
To support G.O.L.D user ID administration and application security management.
To monitor and optimize the performance of the G.O.L.D application. 
To monitor and to provide recovery services to ensure that data integrated to G.O.L.D are successful
